About Me

Hi! Thanks for visiting me and your interest in Z’s the Day Photography and Design. My name is Jennifer Foster and I live in Santa Barbara with my husband and darling son (I’m not a proud Mama or anything). My interest in photography was sparked when he was born, and I just had to capture every new tooth, every messy face smile, and of course those first few steps.. it got to the point where my good old point and shoot camera just wasn’t cutting it anymore, and I fast became the proud owner of my very first SLR. I really have never looked back. Photography became another artistic outlet where I could unleash that creative side of myself, and share it with the world. Z’s the Day was a tag line that came to me, since my son is the “Z” (Ziah) and from his very first breath, has come to teach me to always “seize the day”.. enough said
