{Santa Barbara Child Photographer} Beach Fun {I Heart Faces}
When I saw that the theme this week at I Heart Faces was Beach Fun, I knew I would have quite a few photos to choose from, seeing that we live on the beach. In the past years, I have accumulated hundreds of photos of my own child, as well as clients children frolicking in the white Pacific sand. However it was this photograph of my son on the pier that really stood out to me- it is just such a typical indication of his inquisitive nature, that made him jump up with this lone fisherman, and make himself at home

I am loving this photo! I love the tones and the expressions and the composition and the bird and mostly those cute squishy cheeks on that little one.

I love so many things about this photo –how your son is looking at you, the peaceful concentration of the fisherman beside him, the seagull overhead…

Oh how sweet! It has a bit of nostalgia to it, doesn’t it? I like that this is a “cold” beach picture, sweaters and all. And the seagull and fishing rods . . . everything just works so perfectly together! Love it!
